Years ago, Christy found herself so burned out that she could barely get out of bed. What saved the day? A body-based, mindful approach to dissolving anxiety, overwhelm, and guilt. In this course, Christy brings her self-care expertise to bear with breathing and meditation practices that will serve you for years to come. On our live calls, she will offer self-care mentorship, so you can create a practice that feels amazing.

And as a “recovering” project manager, Paula fully understands the science of time management, and realized after having a child that there’s only so much one can do to optimize your day to day. Real change and joy becomes possible when you first take a look at what’s going on inside. She jumps in to break down work life balance in a way you've never seen it taught before. Your end result? More calm, more harmony, and resources and practices to keep you living that way, from the inside out.

Inside the course, you’ll discover an approach to balance that starts with your internal landscape. This approach offers you the space and tools to define what's important to you — what balance looks like for you.

Once you've defined your values and purpose, and create clarity around what's happening on the inside, we get down to the art of mindfulness. Through breathing practices, meditations, and body-based experiences, you’ll be able to reclaim balance and ease in any moment.

Paula Jenkins is a life coach and podcaster focused on transforming lives, and the host of the popular podcast "Jump Start Your Joy."

Prior to coaching and podcasting, I was a project manager in digital advertising and web production. Teaching students how to launch their own show has been an amazing experience, and I love that I get to use all of my favorite skills at once, while helping others follow their dreams.

Christy Tennery-Spalding is a self-care mentor, healer, and writer. She helps world-changing individuals to help them craft amazing self-care practices so they can do their work more effectively and with more joy. She is the author of Setting Gratitude Free, and the creator of Sacred Focus. In her free time, she enjoys frolicking in redwoods and soaking in hot springs. She lives in Oakland, California with her husband and their feral cats, Dorothy & Harriet.

Welcome! And yes! I’m keeping it clear and heartfelt here, so you’re welcome to join with no prior experience.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. In addition, there are live group coaching calls in October, November, and December. But you'll receive the recordings of those to keep as long as you like!
